Caregiver Interview
A detailed discussion about your baby’s birth history, daily patterns, including sleep, digestion, temperament, and the evolution of the current concerns.
An opportunity to ask questions about craniosacral therapy, my background, and what to expect during the session.
Craniosacral Assessment & Treatment
Hands-on craniosacral-based assessment and treatment, focusing on areas of tension and imbalance throughout the baby’s body.
Babies remain clothed during the session for their comfort.
Oral-Motor and Functional Feeding Assessment (As Needed)
A gentle oral-motor and sucking assessment to evaluate function and determine activities for a customized home program.
Screening for tongue ties using Dr. Alison Hazelbaker's Assessment Tool for Lingual Frenulum Function (ATLFF), available upon request.
Observations and compensatory strategies provided during feeding, if needed, with support for latch or positioning adjustments.
Family Education and Support
Highlights of the assessment and treatment explained to caregivers.
Home activity recommendations tailored to your baby’s needs.
Referrals to additional providers if necessary.
A small welcome gift bag with helpful handouts to support your baby’s care at home.
Follow-Up Care
Within 1-2 days after the visit, you’ll receive:
A follow-up email with detailed written instructions for the recommended home activities.
Links to demonstration videos for added clarity and guidance.
The weekend following the appointment, I will send a check-in text to ensure the home activities are going smoothly and answer any new questions or concerns.

There’s time for feeding, diaper changes, and any questions you may have. After the session, relevant resources or updates are shared via email to support your baby’s continued progress.

A discussion about what has improved, ongoing concerns, and any new issues.
Updates on visits to other providers, as well as time to answer any questions that have come up since the last session.

Hands-on craniosacral therapy to address areas of tension and imbalance, tailored to your baby’s unique needs.
A dynamic assessment to identify areas requiring attention and support.
Oral-Motor Function Check-In
An evaluation of oral-motor function to determine updates or modifications to the recommended home activities.
Flexibility for Your Baby’s Comfort
Time is included for diaper changes, feeding, or soothing as needed.
Feeding during the session is welcome and can be an opportunity to observe and address feeding-related concerns.
Follow-Up Resources

It includes craniosacral therapy for the infant to address primary concerns, followed by 45-60 minutes of therapy for the caregiver, often while holding the baby. This session fosters connection and well-being for both, addressing physical and emotional needs during this unique stage.

Infant Craniosacral Therapy
The session begins with hands-on craniosacral therapy for the infant to address primary concerns such as tension, feeding challenges, or discomfort.
Techniques are tailored to the baby’s needs and may include gentle work on the head, neck, back, or other areas.
Caregiver Craniosacral Therapy
Following the infant’s session, the caregiver receives 45-60 minutes of craniosacral therapy while holding the infant, if appropriate.
The caregiver’s treatment focuses on relieving tension, restoring balance, and supporting overall well-being, particularly during the physically and emotionally demanding pre-crawling stage.
Post-Treatment Discussion
A brief discussion of session highlights, with time for questions or updates to home activities and self-care recommendations.
